After graduation, she was accepted to anesthesiology residency in Tehran University of Medical Science and studied for 3 years. By Immigration to the United States, she started a new journey in her career with passing all of the USMLE exams and entering the Family Medicine residency program in Victoria, Texas. She completed her residency program in Detar Healthcare system, affiliated to Texas A&M University.
